Yes. The chat widget is fully responsive — visitors on phones get the same experience as on desktop. The admin dashboard also works on mobile, so you can manage bookings and view briefings from your phone.

Can I have multiple locations or businesses?

Yes. Each location is a tenant in ReplyQuik with its own widget, calendar, team, and pricing. Manage all locations from one login. Pricing is per-tenant, so multi-location pricing scales linearly.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in your account for 30 days after cancellation. Export anytime via CSV from the dashboard. Customer records, conversation history, and bookings are yours to keep. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Do you support HIPAA / regulated industries?

Not currently. ReplyQuik is for general service businesses. We are not HIPAA-compliant and do not recommend using ReplyQuik for protected health information.
